RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, all eligible items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. Once a return is started, please note that all tags must be attached, the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused/unworn.
All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer; however, exceptions will be considered if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Bottoms Out.
All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Additionally, a purchase receipt from BottomsOut.com is required. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
