Qualifying products* purchased online through BottomsOut.com may be returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase.

To make the return process as easy as possible for you, Bottoms Out returns are now powered by ReturnlyThere will be a flat return rate of $8 USD that will be deducted from your refund.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process.

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

EXCHANGES 

If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item thru the Returnly link above and in the comments section, note the item and size that you would like to replace it with. Once we receive the return, we will send out the new style. You won't be charged a return fee for the exchange.
